Established in 2016, Kedari Residency is the third business venture of the Kedari family in the vicinity, carrying forward a legacy of service and hospitality that began in 1996 and continues to grow even today.
Our journey began in 1996 with the establishment of our Marriage Hall, where we have had the privilege of being a part of countless celebrations, weddings, and cherished family occasions. Building on this experience, we expanded into the hospitality and food-service industry with Hotel Green Court in 2012.
In 2016, we established Kedari Residency with the vision of providing travellers with a comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay in Pune. Since then, the hotel has welcomed guests ranging from families and business travellers to corporate guests and groups visiting the city.
Continuing our journey of growth, in 2024, we added Raintree Banquet, a dedicated venue for small events, celebrations, gatherings, and functions. This latest venture reflects our ongoing commitment to serving the varied needs of our guests and the local community.
